IMP Corporation was contacted to help supply an Independent Power Producer with 38MW worth of equipment to assist with Europe’s power shortage. After an extensive search to fulfill the customers needs, IMP was able to source 34x Cummins C1250D2R genesis in Uruguay. This discovery came with its own challenges since production was scheduled to begin soon and units needed to be inspected and certified before they could board freight. After a successful inspection of the Cummins fleet, IMP coordinated the logistics in a timely matter and had the 34x Cummins generator safely aboard a cargo ship to voyage from the port of Uruguay to Europe to begin production.
